Roadside Assistance
Dead battery? Flat tire? Locked out? Empty tank? Most roadside problems we fix on the spot in 30 minutes or less. Live dispatch 24/7 at (916) 405-8682.
Section 01 · Roadside services
Dead battery? We bring the jump pack to you. Most jumps get you running in under 10 minutes. If the battery is dead-dead, we tow you to a parts store.
Flat tire on the side of the road? We swap to your spare on the spot. No spare? We tow to the tire shop of your choice.
Keys locked in the car? We get you back in without damaging locks or windows. Works for cars, trucks, and most modern vehicles.
Ran out of gas? We bring fuel to you so you can get to a station. Diesel, regular, or premium.
Section 02 · How fast we get there
Roadside calls get priority because they're usually short stops. A typical jump start, lockout, or fuel delivery takes 15-30 minutes on scene. We're back on the road as fast as you are.
Most Sacramento metro roadside calls get a tech to you in under 30 minutes. If it's longer because of distance or traffic, we tell you up front so you can plan.
If the problem turns out to be bigger than a roadside fix (engine failure, transmission, total battery death) the same truck can flatbed you to your shop.
Section 03 · How a roadside call works
Tell us where you are and what's wrong. We dispatch the closest tech.
Jump pack, tire iron, lockout tools, fuel can. Whatever the job calls for.
Most roadside problems fixed on scene. If it's bigger than that, we tow you to your destination of choice.
Section 04 · FAQ
Flat service fee. We tell you the number on the phone before the tech rolls. Lower than a tow because we don't have to load you up.
We have non-destructive lockout tools that work on most cars and trucks. If the model has a special anti-theft setup that requires the dealer, we'll tell you up front and can tow you there.
Yes. Regular, premium, or diesel. We bring enough to get you to the nearest gas station.
We can still swap to your spare if the spare and lug nuts are OK. If you can't drive on it, we'll flatbed-tow you to the tire shop.
Live dispatch 24/7. Roadside emergencies happen at 2 AM. So do we.
Section 05 · Roadside or tow
The useful thing about roadside work is how often it is not a tow at all. Somewhere around the majority of the calls in this category finish at the roadside, in well under an hour, for considerably less than towing. Knowing which situation you are in helps you ask for the right thing.
It is usually roadside, finished on scene, when:
It becomes a tow when: the engine turns over fine but will not fire, there is a loud mechanical noise or a burning smell, the temperature gauge is buried and there is steam, the car dies again within minutes of a successful jump, which points at the charging system rather than the battery, there is no usable spare, or a warning light came on and the car went into limp mode.
The honest bit. Sometimes we arrive expecting one and find the other. A jump that will not hold means the alternator, and no amount of standing there helps. In that case we stop guessing and tow you to a shop, and you are told before anything changes.
If you would rather not think about any of this per call, the roadside membership exists for exactly that.
