Service Area
Citrus Heights is home. Our office sits at 5750 Sunrise Blvd and every truck we run starts its day here, which makes this the shortest response in our whole service area. Sunrise, Greenback, Auburn, Antelope, Madison and the I-80 edge. Live dispatch every hour of the day, Sundays and holidays included, and most Citrus Heights calls reach you in 15 minutes or less.

See roadsideSection 02 · Citrus Heights coverage
We are not covering Citrus Heights from somewhere else, we are in it. That shows up in two ways: the response times are the shortest we run anywhere, and our drivers know these streets by memory rather than by satnav.
Freeway: I-80 runs along the northern edge of the city, and the Antelope Rd and Greenback Ln interchanges are where most of our freeway calls here land.
Corridors: Sunrise Blvd, which we are on, plus Greenback Ln, Auburn Blvd, Antelope Rd, Madison Ave and Old Auburn Rd.
Landmarks we get called to constantly: the Sunrise Mall lots on Sunrise Blvd, Rusch Community Park on Auburn Blvd, and the Sylvan Corners area where Old Auburn meets Auburn Blvd.
Section 03 · Typical Citrus Heights calls
Retail parking lots. The Sunrise Blvd corridor and the mall lots produce a constant run of dead batteries and lockouts, heaviest on weekends and through the holidays. Most never need a tow.
I-80 at Antelope and Greenback. Breakdowns and blowouts on the shoulder. Stay belted inside with the hazards on and give dispatch the direction you were traveling.
The big boulevards. Greenback, Auburn, Madison and Antelope carry heavy commuter traffic, and a car that quits at the lights usually blocks a lane. Those go to the front of the queue.
Apartment complexes along Sunrise. Tight parking, cars nose-in against walls, sometimes with a vehicle parked behind. This is wheel lift work rather than flatbed work.
Residential driveways. Non-runners, project cars and vehicles that have not moved in months. Flatbed if it will not roll.
Section 04 · Citrus Heights questions
Do you tow in Citrus Heights at night and on Sundays?
Yes. Emergency dispatch runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, Sundays and holidays included. A person answers the phone, not an answering service.
How fast can you get here?
This is our home city and our trucks dispatch from Sunrise Blvd, so most Citrus Heights calls reach you in 15 minutes or less. You get a real ETA on the phone rather than a vague window.
Are you actually local, or a call center?
Local. The office is at 5750 Sunrise Blvd Ste 210E and the trucks are ours. When you call you are talking to the company that will turn up.
My car is in an apartment carport with a car parked behind it.
That is routine here. Tell dispatch how it is parked and how much room there is, and we send the right truck the first time.
Where will you take it?
Wherever you want. Your shop, your driveway, a dealership, or a body shop after a collision. You get the flat rate for that destination before the truck rolls.
