Section 01 · About Car Lockout Service
Lockouts happen. We bring lockout tools that get you into the car without damaging anything: no broken windows, no bent locks, no scratched paint. Most lockouts take 5-15 minutes once we arrive.

Flat price up front. Real ETA, not a vague window.
Careful handling. Done right the first time.
Section 04 · How we get in, and when we can't
If a child or a pet is shut inside the car, call 911 first, then call us. In a Sacramento summer the inside of a parked car can pass 120°F in a matter of minutes, and that is a medical emergency rather than an inconvenience. Emergency services will make entry immediately and they will not wait for a tow truck to cross town. Make that call first. We would far rather turn up to find the door already open.
For everything else, the method is straightforward. We ease a gap at the top of the door frame with an air wedge, then use a long reach tool to work the handle, the lock or the unlock button. No drilling, no cut locks, no broken glass. Most cars take five to fifteen minutes.
We will ask you to show the car is yours. Registration, insurance, a matching license. Nobody enjoys being asked, but a company that does not ask is a company that will open your car for someone else.
The cases we cannot solve, and we will say so before charging you:
One practical note. If somebody can reach you with a spare key, that is almost always quicker and cheaper than any call-out, ours included. If they cannot, we are 24 hours and we will come.
