Section 03 · Typical Folsom calls
Lake and dam recreation lots. Boat launches and trailhead parking are where a dead battery leaves you genuinely stranded, a long way from a main road with patchy phone signal. Give dispatch the specific lot or launch, not just the name of the lake.
