Fuel Delivery

Fuel Delivery Service in Sacramento, CA

Ran out of gas? We bring fuel to you so you can get to a station and fill up properly. Regular, premium, or diesel.

Section 01 · About Fuel Delivery

What fuel delivery actually looks like

Running out of gas is embarrassing but it happens. We bring enough fuel to get you to the nearest gas station. Once you're there, you fill up properly. We don't price-gouge for the gas, we charge a flat service fee on top of cost.

  • Regular, premium, and diesel delivery.
  • We bring enough to reach the next station, not a full tank.
  • Flat service fee plus the actual cost of fuel.
  • Available 24/7 across the Sacramento metro and major freeways.

Section 04 · Fuel type and what happens next

Tell dispatch gas or diesel, it changes the job

Running out is common and we are not going to make you feel bad about it. But there are a few things that decide whether this is a ten minute fix or something bigger, so tell dispatch as much as you can.

Say which fuel it takes. Putting gas in a diesel or diesel into a gas engine is an entirely different and considerably more expensive problem. If that is what has happened, do not start the engine, do not turn the key. Leaving it alone is the difference between draining a tank and rebuilding a fuel system.

Diesels that run completely dry sometimes need bleeding. Air gets into the fuel lines, and depending on the engine it may not simply fire back up once fuel is in the tank. Some prime themselves, some need help. If yours will not restart after we fill it, that is why, and we will tow you rather than crank it flat.

Making a habit of it costs you a fuel pump. The pump on most cars sits inside the tank and relies on fuel around it to stay cool. Regularly running the tank to nothing shortens its life, and a fuel pump is a far bigger bill than a delivery call.

If you drive an EV, this is a tow, not a delivery. Nobody can bring you charge at the roadside. We take you to a charger, and most electric vehicles have to travel on a flatbed with all four wheels off the ground, because towing them on their driven wheels can damage the motors.

If you are on a freeway shoulder, stay in the car with your belt on and the hazards going while you wait. Standing at the guardrail is the dangerous part, not the empty tank.
