Where We Tow in the Sacramento Metro

We dispatch from Citrus Heights and run the whole Sacramento metro, plus long-distance transport anywhere in California. Six cities have their own page below, with the roads and landmarks we actually get called to.

Section 01 · Cities we cover

Six cities, one dispatch

Section 02 · Beyond the six

If your city is not listed

The six pages above are the cities we run most, not a fence. We also cover Antelope, Orangevale, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, North Highlands, Gold River, Rocklin and El Dorado Hills, and we will travel further when the job justifies it.

The honest answer on anywhere else is that it depends on the call. A short tow forty minutes away may not make sense for you or for us at three in the morning, while a long-distance transport to Los Angeles absolutely does. Call and describe it and you will get a straight answer, including if that answer is that somebody closer would serve you better.

For anywhere in California, distance stops being a coverage question and becomes a pricing one. Long-distance moves are quoted per mile against a minimum, and the rate improves the further the vehicle travels. Sacramento to the Bay Area is around 85 miles, to Los Angeles about 380, to San Diego about 500.

Section 03 · What to tell dispatch

Making the first call count

Wherever you are, the same handful of details decide whether the right truck arrives the first time.

Where you are, precisely. On a freeway, the road, your direction of travel and the last exit you passed, so the driver approaches from the correct side of it. In a lot or a park, the specific entrance or launch rather than the name of the place. Anywhere rural, drop a pin.

What the vehicle is and whether it is two or all-wheel drive, because that decides flatbed versus wheel lift.

Whether it rolls and steers, and whether it is somewhere a truck can reach it, or off the shoulder, in soft ground or against a wall. That is the difference between a tow and a recovery.

Whether anyone is hurt. If they are, that is a 911 call first and a tow call second.
